The Valley Birthplace at AVH is offering a FREE, 2-part series, for Childbirth Preparation for pregnant women and their birth partners.

Mondays: December 5th and December 12th, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

* Classes will be held virtually via Zoom *

Classes will cover all of the stages of labor, pain relief and so much more. The series will include videos, discussions and Q & A to help you with your birth journey!
