The Valley Birthplace at AVH is offering a FREE, 3-part series, for Childbirth Preparation for pregnant women and their birth partners.

Monday, August 22nd and August 29th, and Tuesday, September 6th, from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Classes will be held in person, dependent on the COVID-19 community transmission rate. If the rate is too high, classes will be held virtually. Classes will cover all of the stages of labor, pain relief and so much more. The series will include videos, discussions and Q & A to help you with your birth journey!
