City of Berlin issued the following announcement on October 28.

Job Title:   Full-Time Assistant Recreation Director – 35hrs/week

Rate of Pay:   $15.36 per hour

Brief Description of Duties:

Willing to work a flexible schedule which at times includes nights and weekends.  Applicant will have a valid driver’s license and an ability to lift at least 25 lbs.  Preference will be given to those applicants who demonstrate additional attributes including:

  • Previous Secretarial, Accounting, Computer, Front Desk experience.
  • Customer experience with all age groups (Age 3 to Senior Citizens).
  • Willingness to do any task as needed including cleaning.
  • Ability to work with a diverse support staff including teenagers and people with varying and limited abilities.
  • Able to handle deadlines and pressure situations with calm.
