Weeks Medical Center issued the following announcement on February 16.

Weeks Medical Center is very pleased to welcome Dr.Jessica Jacobs, board certified pediatrician, to our medical staff.  Dr. Jacobs most recently practiced pediatrics at Littleton Regional Healthcare and cares for newborns to adolescents, with a special interest in children with behavioral health concerns.

Dr.Jacobs graduated Yale University and went on to become a teacher before deciding to return to medical school. She attended the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. completed her residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, and obtained a certificate in pediatric leadership from Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Jacobs will be seeing patients starting March 16th at the Weeks Whitefield Clinic and at the Weeks Clinic Littleton.

If you are interested in continuing care with Dr. Jacobs, please begin the process now as it can take time for your records to be released and received. To transfer your care to Dr. Jacobs, call the Weeks Medical Records Department at 603-788-5636 or pick up a New Patient Packet at any Weeks clinic.

Dr. Jacobs will see patients needing an acute appoinment on or after March 16th, even if your records are in transition. Please call central scheduling at 603-
788-5095.
