What’s coming to Lakes!?

This just in! This morning, while hiking in Tuftonboro NH, an LRCC Fire Science student, who wishes to remain anonymous at this time, made a report that has yet to be explained! After climbing to the top of the Abenaki Fire Tower, our source enjoyed the views of Moultonborough Bay, the Ossipee Mountain Range, and beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. At 10:03 am, he claimed to first notice a lake water disturbance. Just as he fumbled with his phone, the source says a dark mass rose slightly out of the water and, he swears, made eye contact with him! No other hikers that day can corroborate his story. Could this be a practical joke? A figment created by the glint of the sun against the water? Or is something BIG lurking below the waters of the Big Lake…
